Yes, writing is difficult, but it doesn't have to be the end of a person's desire to be a better writer. The best practice is simply that, practice!

I think people forget that, including myself sometimes.

Results don't happen instantaneously, but gradually, given the effort and honest attempt with each, well, attempt.
