The stages of meetings to fulfill the request will be as follows:

- Concept Stage - 

Commission requests are asked for, and a general idea is created.

- Drafting Stage -

Information on the commission is finalized. In-person meeting location and time are communicated, and further planning is collaborated on.

- Performance Stage - 

Productions are created and executed. 

​

- Editing and Fixing Stage  - 

Andre will edit, sketch, and communicate changes in commission as he goes, ensuring the commission is completed to satisfaction. 

​

- Final Stage - 

Minimal retouch and delivery.

Base Prices are displayed on the commissions page + organized during the first meeting of commission discussion. 

​

10% downpayment of commission will commence on second meeting,

abandonment communication will result in commission cancellation. 

​

Cancellation will commence on third meeting or as requested after second meeting. 

NO AI will be used unless stated otherwise. ​Terms under which Andre would permit the use of AI: 

​

1. Brainstorming

(sources will be credited)

2. Editing

Ex: Lightroom Lens edit /

Healing brush (No Generative)

Please refrain from "remixing"

into AI engine.

During our discussion for what you would like for commissions, I hold every right to refuse. Don't take it to heart, but if I refuse, below are my reasonings: 

​

1. Conflicts with personal, faith, or political alignment and boundaries.

 

2. Request is better advertised for other service providers, I may require time to learn request needs. 

When communicating online, the meeting will be recorded for safety reasons. Will be deleted afterwards. Recordings can be requested anytime during the commission process.

In-person meetings will be discussed during the CONCEPT AND DRAFTING stages of the commission. Please plan accordingly to arrive 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. Assistance might be requested for carrying

equipment (if needed).

Once a commission is complete, the results will be sent through a WeTransfer link. It is the responsibility of the commissionee to download the file in time, as Andre may not have the file stored or saved (depending on commission size). Please download as soon as delivered.

Andre might post results on social media - Still will ask if the client is comfortable with sharing on socials.​

Delivery times will vary from commission requests. Obstacles, clarifications, and

delivery times.
